Zoom is on the Zoom App Marketplace
Any paid Zoom account with cloud recording and audio transcripts on can now connect Zoom to Sonar without asking us first. About once a week Sonar reads the transcripts of your own cloud recordings from the last seven days, up to five, and keeps only the moments. Removing Sonar from Zoom's side erases the tokens, the receipt and every moment that came from Zoom.
Home on day one is four things
Your first Home is the greeting, today's draft, the checklist and the weekly deck, and nothing else until you dismiss the opening. After that, a tile in the pulse shows only when it has a real number, and the modules that need your own material wait until you have some. Off-the-clock posts stay light: a card about a hobby no longer ties the hobby back to work.
Settings folds, and your voice profile gets a plain reading
The long Settings tabs fold their set-once dials into lines that state their value, so nothing hides and nothing sprawls. The Moments tab appears once there is something private to manage. Your voice profile now opens with four to six plain bullets on how you sound, with the full profile behind a tap.
The basics from the first tester walkthrough
In the onboarding deck, Edit this draft is a real button, and a card you skip can be explained in a line that becomes a standing rule for that platform. The weekly deck edits in the real card and keeps the edited text. Every pillar can be deleted, moment kinds wear a colour, and the caption styles show a picture of what they make.
Bigger documents, real thumbnails, a note that stays
Documents now upload straight to storage, so a PDF over 4 MB works (up to 20 MB; Word files are turned away honestly because Sonar cannot read them yet). Photos and videos on the wall show real thumbnails that load fast, and a file whose link has died says so instead of showing a broken tile. A note you add to a photo has its own field, so re-describing the photo never erases it.
The chat stops dropping things silently
A draft that came back without its card now gets its card whenever you asked for a draft, and a reply that is really a question stays a question. Saying a durable preference in the chat, such as never opening with a question, always gets the Save as a standing voice rule chip, even when the model forgot to offer it. A stray verdict word from the cleanup pass no longer appears at the end of a post, and the week carousel's title slide renders again.
The weekly deck
Every week five drafts are dealt on Home from your own material: two from your moments, one from a story you told Sonar, one from a development in your niche, one from a pillar you have not covered yet. Swipe to keep or skip; a kept card lands on your board as a draft that remembers the moment it came from. A thin week leans on your story bank and your pillars, so the deck is never empty.
The Story Bank
Sonar now knows your story as well as your week. It derives chapters from your LinkedIn career, or from your onboarding facts, interviews you chapter by chapter in Compose, typed or dictated, and keeps your answers word for word. Those stories feed drafts, the weekly deck and the Studio interview, and dictated answers teach your spoken register with no extra toggle. It lives in Settings, Intelligence, Your story.
Private people never reach a draft
A colleague, a client or a candidate who appears in your meetings is written as a role in every draft, caption and script: our recruiter, a client's COO, someone on my team. The rule now sits in the instructions every surface writes under, the moment miner keeps names out of what it stores, and the chat's memory follows it too. Public figures and the clients your own proof names stay named.
Ask the chat about your own posts, and how to reply to a comment
Say the post I wrote when I left my last company, and the chat finds the real post and reads it whole, paragraphs intact. Ask how to reply to a comment and you get two or three short options in your voice to copy, never a fresh post. A photo you attach in the chat is both read for the draft and staged as its visual, and the drawer's media panel gained Replace and Remove.

Wispr Flow joins the sources
Connect Wispr Flow in one click and Sonar reads your Notetaker meetings and scratchpad notes from the last seven days for moments. Your dictations are never read, and nothing from Wispr shapes your voice.
Captions on photos, the week carousel, carousels on X
Add a caption line to any photo on the wall and Sonar renders it in your theme. The Studio proposes a week carousel from your wall photos and your moments, captioned in your voice, with a week-in-numbers closer. Every carousel now publishes to X natively: up to four slides as a gallery, five to eight as a thread with one slide per tweet.
Typed voice writes, spoken voice speaks
The patterns Sonar learns from your meetings and calls now shape only the spoken surfaces: talking-head scripts, reel scripts and the interview. Your written posts follow the voice learned from your posts and your edits, so how you talk on a call can no longer bleed into how you read.
Make it mine, the postable recap, the interview take
Any post in the Library can be rewritten around its structure into a draft that sounds like you. Settings, Intelligence Pack carries a weekly and monthly recap of your real numbers with a Post about your week door. The Studio can interview you: it asks a few grounded questions about your week, records each answer as its own take, and combines them into one reel with question cards and a music bed, in your browser. And every name Sonar shows now wears its picture; a broken one heals to initials.
Eleven fixes from one feedback list
The month's debate is back in Home's rotation, the cadence meter reads your own target, and the comment starter writes in your voice. Enter works in the chat's draft editor, edits you make in the chat teach the learning loop, and a ban you state sticks. Pasting or dropping a screenshot into the chat reads the image, and a card you click in Compose renders as that card rather than a wall of prompt text.
The right shape for a visual, and a cleanup that respects your voice
The Studio now says which posts suit a quote card and which a carousel, in the Card Press, in Worth a card and in the post drawer. The pass that strips AI tells leaves your own orthography alone: lowercase starts, missing full stops, brackets and slashes survive when they are how you write. The chat can show every intelligence surface as a real card, from the niche brief to your positioning scorecard.
Your moments, with a retention rule
Settings, Intelligence, Moments lists every moment Sonar mined with its source and kind, and deletes one, a selection, a source or everything. Set a retention rule of 30 days, 90 days or a year and old moments delete themselves every day. The cadence meter now measures against the posting goal you set in Settings, Pillars.
The source ring: Fireflies, Notion, and Granola in one click
Fireflies joins as a source, and Granola and Fireflies both connect in one click through their own sign-in, with pasting a key as the fallback. Notion reads only the blocks edited this week on the pages you shared. Granola's transcripts can teach your spoken voice from your own lines only. Microsoft 365 and Fathom are built and wait on their vendors.
Onboarding asks one voice question, and the deck teaches its own swipe
The voice step asks one thing: keep sounding like your posts, or point Sonar somewhere new. The sample deck shows you the gesture once before you use it. The teleprompter takes your edits to the script, and Compose edits an X thread as a thread.
The Chrome extension reads only what LinkedIn labels
Sonar for LinkedIn was rebuilt around one rule: report a number only when LinkedIn itself labelled it, with the metric and the period both known. Anything ambiguous is dropped rather than guessed, and the earlier wrong readings were deleted. A paired extension with no numbers yet reads as warming up, never as broken.
