The team works Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4). First response within one business day; most messages are answered the same day.
In-app feedback
Signed-in users can report a bug or send an idea from any page with the feedback button in the bottom-right corner. Reports arrive with the context needed to reproduce them, and fixes are answered directly on the report.
