Using Sonar with Wispr Flow.

Wispr Flow's Notetaker keeps the notes and transcripts of your meetings; the scratchpad keeps what you typed or dictated for yourself. Each week Sonar asks Wispr for both from the last seven days (the title, the date, what was decided, outcomes and wins, anything story-worthy) and mines the answer in one pass for moments: a decision, a win, a lesson. The text is discarded after the pass.

Your dictations, the words you speak into other apps through Wispr Flow, are never read. Wispr's own rule keeps them out of what any connection can see, and Sonar asks for nothing beyond the Notetaker and the scratchpad.

This source feeds your material and leaves your voice alone. Nothing Wispr returns is provably your own words line by line, so Sonar does not let it shape how you sound.

   Open Connected sources

   Sign in at app.meetsonar.co and open Settings, Connected sources. On your first day the Connect your week row on Home opens the same list.

   Flip the Wispr Flow switch

   Wispr's sign-in opens and asks you to allow Sonar. Approve, and you land back in Sonar with the connection made.

   Let the first read run

   The first read starts on its own. Moments from the last seven days of meetings and notes land on Home shortly after, and the row's receipt says how many were kept.

There is nothing to operate. Sonar reads about once a week and after you connect; the Sync all button at the top of Connected sources runs every source now. Because Wispr returns the week as one answer rather than a list of files, the row's receipt says how many moments were kept from your meeting notes rather than counting items.

Moments land on Home and in the chat as material for drafts in your voice, with Wispr Flow as provenance, and the freshest are dealt into your weekly deck. In a draft, the people in your meetings become roles.

Settings, Connected sources, flip the Wispr Flow switch off. Sonar revokes its access at Wispr and deletes the token and the receipt; nothing can be read from then on.

Moments already mined stay in your workspace because they are yours: delete any one, everything from Wispr Flow, or all of them in Settings, Intelligence, Moments, or set a retention rule of 30 days, 90 days or a year.

The text Wispr returns is processed in memory and discarded after the extraction pass; it is never stored. What stays is the moments (a title, an angle, one line of detail) and the row's receipt. The token is server side only and encrypted at rest.

Your notes are sent transiently to the AI provider that mines them and not retained for training under its API terms; they are never shared with other users.
