Google Calendar
The last seven days of meetings on your primary calendar: titles, times and who was there. Solo blocks and all-day entries are skipped. Read-only, one scope.
Google Meet
Transcripts of your own Meet calls from the last seven days, up to five, through Google's Meet API. A separate switch on the same Google connection, never on by default.

Publishing
Where the posts go.
One identity, two registers. Schedule a post and Sonar publishes it on time, or copy the draft and post it by hand. Only a post you scheduled goes out.
LinkedIn
Text, image, PDF carousel and video posts, published from Sonar to your own profile. The first comment is copied to your clipboard for a one-paste add, because LinkedIn's self-serve API does not let an app post it for you.
X
Text, media and native threads, written in X's own register. A draft over the character limit threads itself, and one thread counts as one post on your calendar.
Sonar for LinkedIn
The Chrome extension reads your own LinkedIn analytics, in your own browser, into your numbers in Sonar. A number is reported only when LinkedIn itself labelled it.

The rules
What every source shares.
- Read-only, one switch.
- Every source connects with read scopes and never writes back. The switch in Settings, Connected sources turns it off and deletes the stored tokens and the row's receipt.
- Moments, never the raw text.
- The week is assembled into a transient block, mined in one pass for story-shaped moments (a decision, a win, a lesson, a number, a conflict, a story) and discarded. Each row shows a receipt of what was read.
- Private people never reach a draft.
- A colleague, a client, a candidate, anyone in your meetings or messages, is written as a role or a relationship, never a name, in the moment and in the post.
- Your moments, your retention.
- Keep moments for 30 days, 90 days, a year or forever, your choice in Settings, Intelligence, Moments. Delete any one, everything from one source, or all of them, there.
