What SparkVox does
SparkVox is a recording-to-LinkedIn tool. Its home page puts it plainly: it turns the calls, podcasts and interviews you already record into LinkedIn drafts sorted by Awareness, Authority and Conversion, with hooks and calls to action calibrated to each stage. You start a project from a recording, it transcribes and curates the moments in it, and you review the drafts that come back.
The material reaches it through a long list of doors, as its integrations page lists them:
- Six meeting transcribers: Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, Google Meet, Zoom and Wispr Flow.
- YouTube channel sync and a podcast RSS feed, so new uploads and new episodes arrive as draft suggestions.
- Three cloud drives: Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive, plus a manual upload of audio, text or subtitle files.
- A developer API with webhooks for submitting URLs, transcripts and cloud files programmatically.
What comes out goes to LinkedIn, to your profile or a company page, with an auto-drafted first comment and a pre-filled scheduler. It keeps what it calls a compounding voice profile, scores drafts for relevance and distinctiveness, and reports back with channel, funnel and post analytics. Its Engage side shows who interacted with a post and exports those people to CSV, or to HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio on the two larger plans. Its security page states that it uses LinkedIn's official API only, sits on SOC 2 Type II infrastructure, and does not let transcripts train AI models.
Podcasts are a first-class input here: the RSS sync watches a show for new episodes, and there is a page aimed at expert guests. If your best material is spoken into a microphone on purpose, that is the founder this tool was built for.
What SparkVox costs
Three plans, all monthly, and what separates them is how much audio you may process and how far ahead you may schedule. Pro is $97 a month with four hours of processing, one project folder and a 30-day scheduling horizon, which its card estimates at about 30 posts a month. Accelerate is $297 with eight hours, three folders, 90 days, unused minutes that roll over, custom analytics timeframes and the CRM export. Scale is $597 with unlimited processing, six folders and a 365-day horizon. No yearly price is shown on the page. The trial is 14 days of Pro: free to sign up, a card is required for full access, and the page states there is no charge until day 15.

Where SparkVox is the better buy
If your content comes out of recordings you make on purpose, SparkVox does more with them than Sonar does. It takes inputs Sonar has no door for at all: a podcast RSS feed, a YouTube channel, and files in Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. It sorts the output by funnel stage and writes the hook and the call to action for that stage; Sonar steers a week's mix toward a funnel target and writes no stage-specific call to action. It publishes to a LinkedIn company page as well as a profile, where Sonar publishes to the member's own profile only. It tells you who engaged and pushes those people into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio, where Sonar stops at a comment starter copied to your clipboard. And it has a REST API with webhooks, so an agency can wire it into something bigger.
Where Sonar differs
Sonar starts from the week rather than from a recording you decided to feed it. It connects read-only to Google Calendar, Google Meet, Slack, Granola, Fireflies, Wispr Flow, Notion and Zoom, reads the last seven days about once a week, and keeps the moments worth saying: the decision, the number, the lesson a client said out loud. The raw text is never stored. What is kept is the moment, a title, an angle, one line of detail, its kind and where it came from, and you can delete moments one at a time, by source, or all at once, or set them to sweep themselves after 30 days, 90 days or a year.
Three differences follow. Coverage: a calendar, a Slack channel and the Notion pages you wrote are material too, and none of them is a recording. The people rule: a colleague, a client or a candidate who appears in a meeting becomes a role in the draft, in the miner and again in the writer. And a second room: Sonar drafts and publishes to X as well as LinkedIn, and a take too long for X becomes a native thread. Zoom is published on the Zoom App Marketplace, so any paid Zoom account can connect it today. Each week five drafts are dealt from those moments, a story you told it, your niche and a pillar, and nothing is metered: every feature on. The mechanism is laid out in how a week becomes posts, and every source says what it reads and what it never keeps.
